APS@FIP

Introduction

Separate registration required

APS@FIP is a one-day conference to be held on the Friday after the FIP Congress, in the Hilton Hotel, Glasgow.

The conference programme will have the theme “The Science of Differentiated Medicines” and is designed to build upon the FIP conference theme of “Pharmacy: transforming outcomes” by exploring how the appropriate use of medicines can help specific patient populations. The conference will include sessions on topics such as age-related medicine, and medicines and diagnostics for the developing world. The focus will be on the science involved in the development of such medicines as well as their appropriate use to optimise efficacy and safety.

The Academy of Pharmaceutical Sciences (APS), a scientific member organisation of FIP, is pleased to host this conference and encourages FIP delegates to register and take the opportunity to deepen and expand their FIP experience. As well as the scientific sessions, there will be posters and an exhibition, all within the venue of the Hilton Hotel.
